Command - SET KILL
Usage   - SET KILL [ON|OFF|QUICK|IMMEDIATE]

Turns on or off the switch that allows NickServ to defend your
nick using nick collide kills.  ON is 60s, QUICK is 20s and
IMMEDIATE is 0s (you will have NO time to type your password).
So be very careful if you pick the last one, since you won't be
able to use your nick again if your access list is wrong.
Your nick must be registered for 3 months to be able to use the
QUICK option and for 6 months to use the IMMEDIATE option.
IMMEDIATE should only be used from static hostnames, not from
dialups, since it gives no security otherwise.  If you don't know
what the previous line means, you should NOT be using IMMEDIATE.
