Command - SET EMAIL
Usage   - SET EMAIL
          SET EMAIL e-mail address

Allows an e-mail address to be set.  This will not be shown
to anyone and will only be used to verify nick ownership.
It must obviously be a valid e-mail address to be useful.
For example:

  SET EMAIL fred@wally.com
  SET EMAIL                     // Verifies that it's set
